Welcome to CountdownGuru, a tool provided by CountdownGuru (“we,” “us,” or “our”) that allows users to create and embed countdowns on their websites.

By accessing or using CountdownGuru, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Services and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

CountdownGuru provides a platform to create and embed countdown widgets for websites. Free users will have a watermark on their countdowns. All countdowns may be subject to deletion under certain conditions.

3. Ownership and Content

All content, countdowns, and data entered by users into CountdownGuru remain the intellectual property of CountdownGuru. Users are responsible for the content they generate, ensuring it does not violate any applicable laws or these Terms & Services. We reserve the right to delete any countdowns that violate our terms.

4. User Data Collection

We collect certain information from you when you use CountdownGuru, including email, payment information, and any data entered in the countdowns. We also use cookies for non-personal data collection as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Expiration and Deletion of Countdowns

Countdowns that expire will be automatically deleted after 90 days. We may also delete countdowns that violate these Terms & Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CountdownGuru is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CountdownGuru shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data or profits, arising from your use of our service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico.

9. Updates to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Services at any time. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically on our website for any changes.
